In this role, you will oversee complex engineering programs for advanced aerospace structures, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You will act as a central point of coordination between engineering teams, supply chain, and program stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable schedules and milestones. The role requires a proactive, data-driven, and highly organized leader who can navigate complex interdependencies, assess risks, and drive alignment across multiple work streams. You will influence decisions throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and design to manufacturing, testing, and certification. Accountabilities :

• Develop, maintain, and communicate program budgets, schedules, and product development plans to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Structures and Materials & Process work package owners across all program phases : requirements, design, manufacturing, testing, qualification, certification, and transition to production.
• Support supply chain management for external suppliers and coordinate engineering inputs to the integrated master schedule for accurate program metrics.
• Define goals, track deliverables, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
• Assess resource requirements, highlight gaps, and manage interdependencies among multiple projects and technical teams.
• Prepare project reports summarizing status, risks, mitigations, and opportunities for management.
• Manage the program roadmap within the overall strategy, ensuring integration of Air Vehicle development and cross-functional priorities.
