Position Overview

• Oversee a portfolio of Commercial Lines clients with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and results.
• Lead renewal strategy meetings and negotiate carrier terms for optimal coverage and pricing.
• Identify opportunities for growth-cross-sell, upsell, and strengthen retention through insight and follow-through.
• Support process improvement, compliance, and best-practice initiatives across the department.
• Collaborate with producers, CSRs, and leadership to deliver seamless client experiences.
