The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, a strong professional presence, and the ability to manage multiple account teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a graduate degree in marketing and management preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in the advertising industry. A minimum of 3.5 - 4.5 years in a VP, Account Director role within an agency setting, and 8 - 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing or project management, is required. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in multitasking, handling pressure, and meeting deadlines. The SVP, GAD will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time and must be willing to go above and beyond the job description to support the team and the work. The position is for a leader who is not only a subject matter expert but also a mentor, with a focus on continuous learning and development.
