Responsibilities

• Answer inbound / outbound calls, sell services, and educate customers
• Schedule projects and coordinate multiple craftsmen using CRM & dispatch software
• Order and manage materials for projects
• Provide logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow up with past customers and handle inquiries
• Manage paperwork and filing
• Update and engage with company social media
