Overview :
The Data Entry / Exception Trainers will play a crucial role in training, educating, and developing staff on data entry / analysis utilizing our proprietary software system. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for leading and imparting knowledge to others. The Trainer will be responsible for training 20+ candidates per shift, as well as providing ongoing training to support our high-volume work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Lead multiple, large group trainings in a fast-paced bullpen environment.
- Conduct engaging sessions, focusing on procedures, software, and keyboarding skills.
- Guide software use, error correction, and best practices.
- Educate trainees on privacy protocols for sensitive information handling.
- Assess progress through exercises, addressing questions and concerns.
- Lead ongoing individual training to encourage and improve productivity.
- Track progress in the training period, set goals and supply daily feedback.
- Maintain and review daily productivity records for all DE or Exception staff to determine advancement or replacement.
- Collaborate daily with the Shift Lead and the Staffing Manager status of new starts, ends, and replacement needs.
- The position will be responsible for developing a staff of 30-50 staff.
- Assist in Onboarding in software and timekeeping systems, verify / review company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in group leadership or equivalent, training certification is a plus.Self-starter, motivated to take ownership of the department’s development and success.Previous experience with staff supervision or as group leader.Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, ever-changing environment.Strong computer skills, MAC, MS Office suite, experienced.Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and spreadsheets.Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.Patient and organized with teaching / training experience preferred.
