Reporting to the Director of Product, Care Delivery, you will take on a high‑impact role in building and delivering clinical products that power Spring Health’s provider network. Your work will directly improve the provider experience—enhancing efficiency, reducing administrative burden, and enabling clinicians to practice at the top of their license. Ultimately, you’ll help providers focus on what matters most : delivering the high‑quality, outcome‑driven care that defines Spring Health.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in office 2–3 days a week. Our office is located at 2 Embarcadero Ctr.

What You’ll Do

• Empower providers with intuitive, intelligent tools that help them practice more efficiently and focus on delivering high‑quality care.
• Leverage automation and AI‑assisted workflows to streamline documentation, communication, and task management, improving overall provider efficiency.
• Deliver a delightful provider experience by designing and improving tools that make it effortless for caregivers to do their best work.
• Drive workflow innovation by deeply understanding provider pain points and building scalable solutions that help clinicians practice efficiently and confidently.
• Gather, synthesize, and apply provider feedback to deliver features that elevate provider satisfaction and support market differentiation.
• Partner with data science to measure and analyze the impact of your initiatives, using insights to continuously refine and improve product effectiveness.
• Work closely with the broader Product organization to set strategy within your team’s scope, serving as the subject matter expert and helping guide organizational decisions.
• “Roll up your sleeves” and drive results as an independent, self‑driven product manager with stage‑appropriate product management rigor and attention to detail.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, proactively sharing insights to shape and evolve product strategy.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

What We Expect From You

We’re looking for an experienced product manager with demonstrated talent for creativity and execution. Experience working with healthcare infrastructure, AI / ML, and having worked in an early‑stage startup environment is a big plus.

Salary : The target base salary range for this position is $172,400 – $215,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
