Senior Tax Accountant
Job Summary :
Seeking a Senior Staff Accountant with a minimum of four years of experience in public accounting on behalf of one of our clients situated in Troy, Michigan. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals aspiring to attain or who recently acquire their CPA designation. The likelihood of career advancement and professional development within the organization is substantial.
Job Responsibilities :
- Organize, prepare, and execute compilation, review, and audit engagements
- Generate financial statements, including relevant note disclosures
- Prepare personal and corporate tax returns and collaborate with the client engagement team to discuss roles, responsibilities, risk areas, materiality, and deadlines. Inclusive of compilation, review, and audit
- Thrive in time-sensitive environments, delivering high-quality work, while promptly addressing and resolving client issues
- Mentor and train junior staff, investing in their professional growth and development
- Foster strong relationships with clients, managers, and partners, delivering exceptional client service
