Executive Chef Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of 3 years of running Upscale Casual restaurantsExperience with $3 million in annual revenueTenure in a position as an Executive ChefExcellent Communicator, Strong Attention to Detail, Business MindsetGood Knowledge of Ingredients, Flavors, and Technique
