What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with older adults using targeted strength training protocols and physical conditioning.
• Deliver a fully integrated approach to fitness and longevity - from fitness performance, to personal training, and lifelong wellness.
• Track meaningful progress using proprietary, computerized, data-driven equipment - including Exerbotics technology - to drive measurable, rapid recovery.
• Help clients transition from fragile to functional, celebrating real, visible strength gains.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team passionate about vitality and true aging reversal.
• Educate clients and families on the lifelong benefits of strength and mobility.
