We are looking for software engineers with modeling and simulation experience. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop cutting‑edge simulation tools to model complex air and missile defense scenarios.

The ideal candidate has experience as a software engineer working on modeling and simulation systems. The role requires the individual to be well‑versed in coding practices and software integration practices. If you have a passion for defense and like the idea of building a physics‑based digital representation of air and missile systems, this is the role for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build out the software ecosystem supporting a next‑generation air defense and missile platform
• Work on challenging problems in a fast‑paced environment across our portfolio of programs and products
• Develop simulation models for sensors, comms, movement, tactical behaviors, weapon effects, electronic effects, command and control, and others
• Work with multi‑disciplinary subject matter experts to understand and adequately model pertinent system, sub‑system, and system of system dynamics

US Salary Range

$191,000 — $253,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
