Revenue Operations Specialist
Role : Revenue Operations Specialist Hours : 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time Hourly Wage : $12 - $17 (Open to negotiation based on experience)
The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for streamlining processes, managing systems, and providing insights that enable the revenue-generating teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to operate efficiently. This role focuses on data analysis, process optimization, CRM management, and reporting to drive strategic decisions and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing process improvements and operational guidance.
- Track, analyze, and report on revenue metrics, pipeline performance, and KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve revenue processes.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and business insights for leadership.
- Assist in forecasting, revenue planning, and quota management processes.
- Participate in project initiatives to implement new tools, automation, or processes.
- Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Revenue Ops function.
