Description :

  • We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full time, in-office, Bookkeeper.  We work with our staff to provide a work-life balance.  For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients.  Responsibilities :   Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
  • Client interaction, working with individuals, and small / medium sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax and compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational and technical skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.

    • Job Skills :

  • Minimum 2 years bookkeeping / accounting and data entry experience.

  • Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
