Marketing Clinical Liaison

Do you have experience in marketing and a passion for helping children reach their full potential? Join a company that’s making a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental needs! In the Marketing Clinical Liaison role with Bright Light, you’ll support our ABA therapy centers across Minnesota by building community partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and connecting families to high-quality services. This position plays a key role in expanding access to care and supporting the growth of our regional clinics.

Responsibilities

Visit local hospitals / facilities / clinics to build relationships for new referral growth

Work with facility operations to determine whether people we serve meet clinical and financial admission criteria

Manage family relationships as part of the pre-admission process

Develop business development and community relations strategies for individual facility markets

Work with facility operations to create and implement specialized marketing plans to support core growth opportunities

Assist in maintaining company branding / image standards

Facilitate community relationships to support clinical growth

75% Travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Preferred - 2 years of related experience in the healthcare industry

Driver's license and willingness to use personal car for travel
