Document Control Specialist

Hill International is seeking a Document Control Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time on-site position.

• Gather As-builts plans (past and current) of all completed CIP, TI, and JOC projects for Sky Harbor, Goodyear and Deer Valley
• Organize folders using Microsoft Explorer, containing varying amounts of construction documents on the PSHIA DCS (Design Construction Services) server
• Upload into the clients Unifier Document Record Locator
• Label folder with the correct AVN / TI unique identifier and title
• Contain documents all converted to PDF
• Contain plans separated by page, then by discipline. Each page must be titled by discipline with consecutive page numbering
• Have all plans separated by folder, by discipline
• Enter GIS grid coordinates from GIS application
• Assist with As-Built Record Requests
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is required
• Experience with AutoCAD and Unifier is preferred
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and be willing to work full time onsite
