About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial stewardship. Candidates for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the medical device or life sciences industry is required, with a strong understanding of global regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance professional management with the values of a family-owned business. Experience in a similar highly regulated industry, such as aerospace engineering, may also be considered.
