Occupational Therapist

Location : Santa Fe Springs CA

Job type : Full-time outpatient clinic (adult).

Responsibilities :

• Evaluating diagnosing and treating patients with physical limitations or impairments.
• Develop and implement therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions treatment options and home exercise programs.
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting treatment plans progress and any changes in status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians nurses and physical therapists to provide comprehensive patient care.
• 12 - 14 patients / day ( 1 pt every 30 mins).

Qualifications :

Valid California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Master Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field (preferred).

NEW GRADS WELCOME.

Current CPR certification (preferred)

Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Ability to handle physical workload

Knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.

OUTPATIENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

UE ONLY : elbow wrist shoulder experience is a plus.

Job Type : Full-time Part-time PRN.

Pay : $105 - 130K annually; PRN $50 - 70 per hour.

30 is considered full-time.
