Project Engineer

Role Description :

The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager in delivering the design, construction, commissioning, and site activities to start-up of a new manufacturing site.

Roles & Responsibility :

• Verify work in place and that inspection procedures are being completed.
• Filing and tracking permits, utility approvals and public notices.
• Track schedule progress and order schedule updates; verify workarounds are on track.
• Track owner’s procurement progress and coordinate equipment arrivals with construction teams.
• Update project risk register.
• Process requests for information and assure timely responses are provided.
• Track field progress and update bi-weekly progress curves.
• Issue monthly quality reports.
• Manage engineering turnover information.
• Coordinate Site Acceptance Testing and other commissioning activities with operation personnel for training.
• Provide project closeout and turnover scope to have a seamless delivery of the manufacturing capacity
