Communications Coordinator

Department : East Infinity

Employment Type : Full Time

Location : Atlanta, GA

Compensation : $51,000 - $62,000 / year

Description

Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our communication strategies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have a passion for storytelling through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and other written materials.
  • Manage and update the organization's social media accounts to enhance audience engagement.
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure all staff are informed of key initiatives and updates.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, including workshops and seminars.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public relations efforts to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role or similar environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with graphic design tools and basic multimedia content creation is a plus.
