Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview : Our client is a technology company focused on privacy and security compliance, specifically within Microsoft Security.

Role Summary : As a Compliance Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing a compliance program across Microsoft Security. You will assess and document compliance with regulations, identify control gaps, and advise on remediation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing controls to ensure compliance with regulations.

Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to align with regulatory standards.

Develop detailed documentation of compliance activities, including policies, procedures, and controls.

Prepare regular compliance reports to track progress and highlight any issues.

Present findings and recommendations to the compliance team.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :

8-10 years of experience in compliance, security, or privacy roles.

Strong knowledge of privacy and security regulations.

Experience developing and implementing compliance programs.

CIPT, CISSP, or other relevant industry certifications.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

Experience working with control frameworks.

Familiarity with achieving ISO certifications.
