Were looking for a Corporate Controller to join our team and lead the organizations accounting team operations and strategy. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and currently leads an accounting team of 13 people. The Corporate Controller plays a key role in shaping GBAs financial strategy ensuring accuracy and compliance across all affiliates and serving as a trusted partner to leadership and business units.

What Youll Do

As the Controller you will :

• Provide strategic accounting leadership to the company.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members promoting growth accountability and operational excellence.
• Drive process improvement and scalability within accounting operations.
• Lead and direct accounting operations including accounting systems project and general ledger accounting payroll and cash processes ensuring effective management of the general ledger project records financial reporting and reconciliation processes across all affiliates.
• Partner with affiliate teams to provide financial insight guidance and support that drives decision-making and performance improvement.
• Oversee the design implementation and improvement of accounting systems policies and internal controls to ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance across multiple entities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes ensuring the integrity of financial statements and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare and review financial statements reports and supporting schedules in alignment with GAAP and company policies.
• Oversee annual audit activities and ensure timely accurate documentation.
• Identify risks or process gaps and establish proactive solutions that strengthen internal controls.
