Senior Manager Digital Finance And Finance Transformation Services

We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to join our Management Consulting team. In this role, you'll guide clients through complex transformation programs that modernize their finance functions and align finance strategy with business goals. You'll be responsible for shaping solutions across Finance Transformation strategy, Finance Operating Model design, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process improvements.

The right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and bring a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership presence. You'll partner closely with client executives, including CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders, while also leading project teams, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the continued growth of our practice.

Client & Project Leadership

• Lead large-scale finance transformation projects : Spanning process design, operating model development, and system implementation
• Relationship development : Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, building strong relationships and providing solutions that drive measurable business impact
• Collaborate with teams : Work with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Project management : Bring structure and leading project management practices to ensure seamless project execution
• Thought Leadership : Leading practice perspectives around the CFO's organization, including finance process, enterprise architecture, existing and emerging solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain standards : Develop and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure system integrity and security
• Business development : Identify, source and cultivate new business relationships and project opportunities, supporting and leading go-to-market initiatives
