We are seeking an OT Network Support / Network Engineer to join our team. This role will involve hands-on implementation troubleshooting and support of operational technology (OT) network systems with a strong emphasis on Cisco networking technologies network routing and switching security and regulatory compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in OT network engineering critical infrastructure support and a passion for ensuring secure and reliable network operations in regulated industries.

Job Description :

The OT Network Support / Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining configuring and supporting OT network infrastructure critical to business operations. Responsibilities include :

Implement configure and support Cisco-based network systems including routing switching and firewalls.

Monitor and troubleshoot OT network performance connectivity and security issues.

Ensure compliance with NERC CIP GAS TSA and other regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and optimize network architecture for reliability and security.

Conduct network audits vulnerability assessments and implement corrective actions as required.

Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and field engineers for OT network-related issues.

Maintain documentation for network configurations procedures and incident resolution.

The OT Network Support / Network Engineer will serve as a critical point of contact for OT network issues and projects ensuring network reliability compliance and security. The OT Network Support / Network Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance. The OT Network Support / Network Engineer will also assist in developing best practices and network policies to strengthen operational resilience. This position emphasizes the OT Network Support / Network Engineer s responsibility for both hands-on technical work and strategic network planning.
