Pay : $21 / hour

Overview :

Join a dynamic team handling vehicle damage claims for rental customers and third parties. This role focuses on efficient claim resolution, customer service excellence, and adherence to company procedures.

Key Duties :

• Review and assess vehicle damage claims with supporting evidence (photos, documents, statements).
• Liaise with customers, insurers, repair shops, and legal contacts to resolve claims.
• Analyze rental agreements and insurance policies to determine responsibility.
• Keep thorough records in the claims system.
• Oversee vehicle repair timelines and fleet reintegration.
• Identify patterns and flag suspicious or high-risk claims.
• Work closely with operations and support teams for consistent claim handling.
• Report claim progress and metrics to leadership.
