Payroll Administrator

Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to manage and oversee payroll operations for a mid-sized workforce while ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle payroll and proficiency with Paycom and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities :

• Process and oversee full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings and reporting.
• Manage payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Utilize Paycom to execute payroll functions and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and provide thorough and accurate resolutions.
• Conduct routine audits to verify payroll data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute W-2s and other required documents on schedule.
• Implement updates to payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to adapt practices accordingly.
