What The Information Technology Department Does At Worldwide

The IT department is made up of seasoned professionals united in one common goal : to keep Worldwide's technical infrastructure operating at the highest levels for our employees and our customers. We are a global team comprised of numerous professionals including cyber security, artificial intelligence, IT helpdesk, application support, and more.

What You Will Do

• Define and deliver strategic roadmaps for NetSuite, Certinia, Workday, and Microsoft Purview.
• Ensure platforms meet scalability, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Finance, HR, and Legal.
• Translate business needs into system capabilities and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance, drive improvements, and resolve issues efficiently.
