The BNI Faculty Physician provides medical services within the scope of their licensing, training, and clinical privileges, and supervises and teaches residents and / or fellows as indicated.

Required

MD or DO degree.

Successful completion of a residency program.

AZ MD License

Board qualifed or certified

Credentialed SJHMC

Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies

Pay Range

$80.00 - $750.25 / hour
