Title- Technical Business Analyst (Security / IAM) 3 days / week onsite || No H1B || Chicago, IL or Tempe, Arizona (Need Local) Visa- No H1b Duration : - 6+ months Location- Chicago or Tempe, Arizona Rate- $60 / hr on C2C Note : - Linkedin is must Need LOCAL candidate Job Summary : - Role Overview Mix : ~70 80% technical BA work / ~20 30% project coordination (PM-type tasks) Key Focus Areas Strong experience in Information Security, specifically Identity & Access Management (IAM) Candidates with exposure to PAM tools are acceptable, but IAM must be the primary focus Must be comfortable working across security, cloud, DevOps, and governance teams Technical Requirements Must have hands-on or strong functional experience in IAM / security projects Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta (highly preferred) SQL basic to intermediate level for report / dashboard creation and data querying Power BI or similar dashboarding tools ability to modify or build interactive reports Python basic understanding helpful, not core requirement Azure Cloud strong plus; experience with Azure IAM or cloud integration expected Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps (ADO) for user stories, features, epics, and acceptance criteria Other tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) are acceptable if adaptable Soft Skills & Working Style Self-sufficient, independent worker minimal micromanagement required 6 8+ years of experience; expected to ramp up quickly (2-month onboarding period typical) Must be able to translate complex security requirements into deliverables and communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders Ability to bridge technical and business teams; act as liaison between security, IAM, and dev groups Certifications (Nice-to-Have) Cybersecurity or cloud certifications (e.g., CCSP, Azure certs, IAM-specific certifications) are a plus No single certification is mandatory Project Context Role tied to a core IAM project with multiple integrations across platforms Expect collaboration with overlapping teams / projects due to integration scope Work is described as fast-paced and engaging, with continuous activity and integration work Additional Notes Ideal candidates have both technical depth and functional BA expertise in security environments Hands-on background in IAM is advantageous but not mandatory if the candidate has strong project experience in similar areas
