Director, People Solutions

The Director People Solutions provides strategic and operational leadership for the People & Culture Business Partner team including HR generalist and operational support as well as partnering closely on matters involving workforce strategy organizational development engagement & retention employee relations and other workforce member lifecycle needs. Reporting to the AVP People Solutions & Strategy this role serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executives and senior leaders across the organization driving initiatives that strengthen organizational capability engagement and support our healthcare outcomes objectives.

This position also leads enterprise-wide HR programmatic work. The Director will leverage analytics data insights and emerging technologies including AI and automation to enhance People & Culture effectiveness and ensure initiatives are scalable compliant and aligned with organizational goals.

Required Education and Experience

10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing HR business partners and leading complex employee relations success in building relationships and advising executives on organizational design restructuring and workforce planning using data metrics and analytics to drive decisions and measure organizational understanding of employment law compliance standards and best-in-class People & Culture practices.

Masters degree in Business Human Resources or Organizational -SCP / SPHR / ODCC or equivalent implementing HR technology AI or automation solutions to enhance and scale People & Culture experience with a unionized experience in healthcare academic research or complex matrixed organizations.

Compensation Range

$180884.00 - $271326.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
