Customer Service & Client Interaction Respond to inquiries with professionalism and problem solving skills. Build positive relationships with clients to support long term partnerships. Administrative & Computer Skills Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, and other HR software. Generate reports and metrics to support recruiting and client service initiatives. Previous experience in recruiting, HR support, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office, ATS / CRM systems). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Professional demeanor with a client focused mindset. Bilingual Spanish

This role combines candidate recruitment, onboarding coordination, customer service, and client interaction, requiring strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems. The Recruiter's Assistant will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and clients, providing timely updates and support.
Maintain recruiting databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
