Job Summary :

We are currently looking for an En try-Level Estimator to join our team and support the estimation and project management process for our clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the construction industry and develop valuable skills.

Responsibilities :

• Assist senior estimators in analyzing project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate material takeoff estimates for construction projects.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather pricing, material availability, and project details. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
• Utilize CRM software to track job bids, estimates, and takeoffs, ensuring that records remain up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Perform quantity takeoffs manually and using digital takeoff software to determine material requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to achieve shared goals and ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide administrative support to the estimating team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with proposal submissions.
• Work closely with outside sales staff to support customer takeoffs and requests, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
