About the Role :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinical Doctor Team member plays a critical role in supporting physicians and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care within a clinical setting. This position involves direct patient interaction, performing routine nursing tasks, and assisting with clinical procedures to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery. The LPN will collaborate closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document patient information accurately. The ultimate goal of this role is to enhance patient outcomes by providing compassionate, attentive, and skilled nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Working in Springfield, the LPN will contribute to a positive healthcare environment that prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Springfield or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and clinical documentation.
