CPA Tax Manager

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.

We are partnering with a top CPA firm offering accounting, tax, and consulting services from Melbourne and Orlando. Their mission focuses on building strong client relationships to deliver effective solutions. As a Tax Manager , you will

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to tax staff.
• Manage the development of tax staff through :
• Recruitment
• Performance evaluation
• Training
• Coaching
• Serve as a resource for tax preparers and specialists.
• Assist with inquiries and oversee larger tax returns.
• Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
• Interact directly with clients to build relationships.
• Plan and manage tax project workflows effectively.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Assist with the preparation of various documents.
• Represent clients before tax authorities when needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to tax projects.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for client service.
