OPPO US Research Center is seeking a highly skilled and hands‑on IT System Engineer to support our routine business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS systems (hardware, software, and peripherals)
• Manage and maintain Linux‑based servers and related services
• Oversee user account management, device setup, and endpoint security
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure system and network security compliance, including patching and updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure IT systems align with business needs
• Maintain IT documentation, including configurations, policies, and procedures
• Provide remote and onsite IT support to employees as needed

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $100,000-$200,000 + bonus + long‑term incentives benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
