We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our 2nd Shift / evening warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor manages order selection, shipping, receiving, and other basic warehouse activities, in addition to managing personnel to ensure that all necessary functions are performed. Responsibilities :

• Lead and direct workflow and performance of employees
• Monitor employees productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency
• Motivate and train employees
• Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules
• Maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel
• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards
• Other duties as assigned
