As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Calliope :

You will be joining a close-knit 75-place centre with a well-established family-oriented team that values strong connections between home the community and the centre. Our diverse staff includes speakers of Tagalog and Mandarin enriching our community with their linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Excitingly we have a yard upgrade underway to enhance outdoor learning experiences for the children providing them with even more opportunities to explore and grow.
