• 7+ years of hands on experience with business analysis in financial services, 4+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury.
• Responsible for requirements documentation
• Relevant Treasury business experience / knowledge (Asset Backed securities etc.)
• Strong understanding of Treasury applications and products (Wall Street Suite(ION), SWIFT etc.)
• Gather requirements from business and stakeholders
• Coordinate with different teams to produce better business outcomes
• Convert features, requirements into smaller user stories and update in JIRA
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements / documents in JIRA
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
• Test the developed product as per business requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analyze, document, and communicate system and business processes
• Work with Treasury business team for requirements gathering and test cases definition
• Implement test plans, test strategy and test cases
• Design and create test cases and scenarios for software testing
• Update regression test suite
• Perform functional and regression testing
• Use bug tracking software to track and report problems
• Produce the evaluated test reports and take part in software walkthroughs
• Work across the global Treasury, Operations and Technology organizations to understand business needs and manage coordinated solutions
