Designs intuitive navigation and responsive layouts. Experience creating scalable design systems. Consistent styling across pages and components. Knowledge of color contrast, typography, and branding principles. Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for design feasibility. Works closely with developers to implement design standards. Designs layouts that accommodate analytics and heatmap tracking points. Familiarity with integrating Google Analytics and SEO-driven design.

Responsible for designing the visual structure, navigation, and interaction flow of the new CDOT website - ensuring that the interface is intuitive, responsive, inclusive, and fully WCAG 2.1 compliant .
