Accounts Payable Specialist / Coupa Admin

Department : Finance, Corporate

Location : Itasca, IL - Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote after a training period

Type : Full- Time

Summary :

The Accounts Payable Specialist / Coupa Admin is a key member of the corporate finance team, responsible for assisting with accounts payable payment processing and Coupa administration. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of AP experience, possess hands-on expertise with Coupa, and have JD Edwards (JDE) experience preferred. Strong process improvement skills, detail orientation and vendor relationship management are essential for success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Invoice & Payment Processing

• Invoice review, coding, and approval workflows.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Maintain payment schedules and optimize cash flow management.
