Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 5+ years management experience (Required) or 5+ years Clinical experience (Required) Experience in marketing and budgeting (Preferred) and Experience working with the elderly and knowledge of community resources (Preferred) and Experience with occupational health (Preferred) Effective interpersonal and communication skills (Required proficiency) Excellent verbal and writing skills (Required proficiency) Self-starter able to envision goals and actively accomplish them (Required proficiency) Strong interpersonal skills (Required proficiency) Skillful at working with all levels of personnel. (Required proficiency) Experience with organizing and planning events. (Required proficiency) Computer skills (WP, Database, spreadsheet). Description A Brief Overview
The community outreach RN position is responsible for developing and coordinating community education and outreach.
What You Will Do
- Performs all duties in a courteous and efficient manner, maintains positive relationships with all contacts and co-workers. Competencies 1-5 (40%)
- Coordinates / facilitates community outreach & education programs (30%)
- Develops community outreach initiatives to promote key service, to increase awareness and preference of entity as destination for the key services. (10%)
- Provides clinical expertise for Marketing & Communication strategies (10%)
