IT Procurement / Purchasing Analyst

Position Overview : We are seeking an IT Procurement / Purchasing Analyst to manage IT financial transactions, purchasing, and budgeting while coordinating IT-related projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in financial processes, and a collaborative mindset. The position also involves engaging with vendors, business stakeholders, and manufacturing teams to streamline financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• IT Financial Management :
• Manage the IT purchasing process, including creating, processing, and reconciling purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Track and maintain IT expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgeted forecasts.
• Facilitate monthly budget variance analysis and reconciliation (Actuals vs. Budget).
• Create and manage capital expense forms, coordinating the lifecycle of capital projects.
• Work with approved vendors to procure hardware, mobile equipment, and licensing.
• Project Coordination :
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and achieve project goals.
• Develop project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resources, ensuring effective communication.
• Track and report project progress, hosting status meetings and managing maintenance windows.
• Coordinate documentation and contract reviews for assigned projects.
