1- JDE CNC Admin with Upgrade Experience

Responsibilities of a JDE CNC.

1. Installation and Configuration Overview of JDE server components Installation of JDE server components like Enterprise server, deployment server etc Applying ESU s and ASU s. Installing and configuring Web Server Websphere and Weblogic. Full Setup of BSSV Server instances Experience in setting up AIS, ADF for mobile application instances. Experience with UDO administration. Server Manager installation and configuration Server Manager Agent installations and configurations Create and run installation plan Post installation, log analysis and surface testing

2. Upgrade Activities Perform application release upgrade Perform tools release upgrade Normal upgrade Multi foundation upgrade Upgrading different environments Planning and executing cutover activities. Handled atleast one go live.

3. Platform Experience Hands on experience with any two JDE supported server platforms (UNIX, Linux, Windows,iSeries). Hands on experience with any two JDE supported databases (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2). Hands on experience with server clustering HACMP, MS cluster, Red hat cluster etc.. Hands on experience with Oracle RAC, Grid, SQL cluster. Knowledge of basic networking, firewall, load balancers.

4. User / Role and Security Management Holistic approach of user profile management suitable for individual customers requirements. Should be able to advice on various aspects of user management. Should be able to setup and configure LDAP integration. Administer user profiles end to end. Experience with Allout Security or QSOFT is added advantage. Implement full JDE security framework for customer. Configuring different types of securities such as application, action, row, column, etc. Identify security conflicts and resolve them. Implementing SOD based on the provided requirement

5. Object Management Configuration Setup and define status flows for object promotion Configuring roles for status change Setup transfer activity rules (from-to status) Setup allowed actions (related to objects and OMW roles)

6. Package Management Build and deploy full packages Build and deploy update packages Backup objects to a different pathcode or as PAR files Execute special instructions like table / index generation, backup, generate & restore tables, etc.

7. Change Management OMW project promotion to promote regular and ESU changes Promoting retrofitted objects to custom pathcode Token management Project demotion OMW logging and tracking

8. Menu (Task View) Management Menu / task view creation and deletion Setup role based menu filtering Promoting tasks and task views from one environment to another Promoting / synchronizing menu filtering between test and production roles

9. Job Scheduling Implement JDE or third party scheduler Create job schedules Deactivate unused job schedules Purging scheduler job records Hold and release job schedules based on requirement Stopping / starting scheduler (mostly before / after downtime)

10. Web Client (Fat Client) Management Setup a web client / fat client which involves database and JDE setup on a windows server machine Package installation (deployment) on different web clients Enabling different types of logging on a fat client Log management

11. ESU / ASU Management Installation of ESUs or paper fixes Implementation of POCs, if any, obtained from Oracle Perform impact analysis Identify and execute, pre and post installation tasks Object promotion related to ESU Package management related to ESU

12. Custom pathcode and environment Creating custom pathcodes and environments Defining and configuring custom data sources OCM configuration and setup S

2- JDE Manufacturing Functional / Techno-Functional

MANUFACTURING SR. SUPPORT ANALYST

1. Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing modules like PDM, SFM, MRP, WO processing, MFG Acct.

2. Resource having techno functional skills to support issues is desirable.

3. Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay and Labelling solutions, Oracle Client etc is desirable

4. Ability to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting process General Support Responsibilities :

5. Application testing for all system changes and projects.

6. Knowledge transfer and other support related activity.

7. Second level support for resolution of service requests.

8. Second level support for resolution of system defects

9. Key involvement in the resolution of high severity user issues and system defects

10. Review and approve root cause analysis, work arounds and support

11. Documentation prepared by Support analysts

12. Provide guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving very complex issues.

13. Interact with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation till closure.

14. Resolving all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged thru Help desk

15. Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support team to involve them in resolving issues.

16. Own the support tickets pertaining to their respective Modules till closure.

17. Provide On call support after business hours for high severity issues.

18. Experience in working on JDE projects with onsite offshore model for Application Development and support.

(1.) To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.

(2.) To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level

(3.) To train and transfer knowledge to the team members

(4.) To administer ERP in production environment

(5.) To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery.

3 - JDE Sales & Distribution Functional / Techno-Functional
