Commercial Lines Insurance Producer

Responsibilities :

Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial sector

Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and design customized coverage solutions

Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on service and retention

Negotiate coverage terms and premiums with carriers

Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and ensure appropriate coverage

Stay current on market trends, policy changes, and new insurance products

Qualifications :

Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or related field

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional certifications a plus
