Job responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of transformational Agentic AI initiatives developing and executing comprehensive project plans that incorporate advanced technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of innovative solutions.
• Co-ordinate and conduct comprehensive process and control reviews to ensure alignment with firmwide requirements proactively identifying potential gaps or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
• Actively participate in key forums and engage proactively with stakeholders to understand their concerns and manage expectations.
• Streamline efforts and enhance messaging to stakeholders by producing and reusing high-quality content.
• Automate repetitive processes and reporting to achieve efficiencies across CTAI.
