About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Community Engagement Director, where you will play a crucial role in shaping a secure computation network poised to transform high-value data storage and usage on a global scale. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of community leadership experience in the crypto / Web3 space, who is not only embedded in crypto culture but also fluent in its rapidly evolving narratives.

In this senior role, you will design and implement innovative strategies to cultivate a vibrant global community that aligns seamlessly with our project’s development and vision. You will lead programs, ensure cross-organizational alignment, host engaging events, monitor community sentiment, build high-performing teams, and manage risks effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of scaling communities, running successful ambassador programs, and launching effective engagement campaigns. A solid technical understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems is essential. We value strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside high emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

As our Community Engagement Director, you will lead with empathy and curiosity, inspiring your team and fostering a resilient, growth-oriented culture. While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include an active personal presence on Twitter, a background with early-stage startups or Web3 protocols, and familiarity with various community platforms and social tools.
