Location : South Florida (mobile visits to patient homes, assisted living facilities, and partner clinics)
Employment Type : Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation : $75 – $85 per hour + mileage reimbursement (IRS standard rate)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and wound-care certified Nurse Practitioner to join our growing mobile wound care team. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently in the field, traveling to patients, and collaborating with physicians and staff as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound assessments, debridement, and treatment plans
- Manage and monitor wound healing progress, documenting care in EMR
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound management and prevention
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams when escalation is required
- Travel to patient locations across the service area (mileage reimbursed)
