Lead Admin, Imports

A company is looking for a Lead Admin, Imports (Honda, Toyota, VW, and Volvo-Porsche-JLR).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the functionality of a workgroup and provide guidance to a team of Warranty Administrators

Engage with Product Management and Development to prioritize accounts for implementation and facilitate team meetings

Lead a culture of accountability through performance management and support client escalations from Warranty Administrators

Required Qualifications

Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator

Strong sense of self-awareness and people management skills

Technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based software

A passion for people and a desire to find solutions

Previous management or leadership experience is a plus
