Medical Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient entry of patient health information into our electronic medical record (EMR) system. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of medical documentation to support the integrity of patient records and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter patient health information accurately into the EMR system.
• Scan and upload paper charts into the EMR or shared drive.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Ensure all patient records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Provide end-user support across multiple sites as needed.
