International Asset Manager
A very private client is looking for a seasoned International Asset Manager to help shape and expand a diverse global real estate portfolio. This role blends hands-on asset management with strategic investment work across multiple countries, including Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Cyprus, Dubai, the U.S., Czech Republic, and France. Responsibilities
Portfolio Oversight
- Analyze existing assets and future market trends to guide profitable investment decisions
- Review property performance across regions and make strategic recommendations for improvement
Asset Management
Oversee day-to-day management of rental properties, including leases, tenant relationships, and minor maintenance needsPartner with local property management teams when appropriateEnsure each property meets financial, operational, and regulatory expectationsAcquisitions & Investments
Source and evaluate international commercial real estate opportunities with strong return potentialLead negotiations and coordinate purchase documentation with internal legal partnersMaintain a forward-looking pipeline of potential acquisitions and market insightsReporting & Compliance
Track key performance indicators and portfolio metricsMaintain organized and accurate documentation for all transactionsContribute to regular reports for executive leadershipCollaboration & Travel
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support smooth operations across marketsTravel internationally for site visits, negotiations, and transaction closingQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)Extensive experience managing and acquiring international real estate assetsFamiliarity with both commercial and residential investment propertiesExperience navigating cross-border legal, tax, or compliance considerationsBackground in fast-growing or international investment environmentsStrong understanding of global real estate markets and investment analysisManaging real estate portfolios spanning multiple countriesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness and ability to travel internationallyFluency in English; additional languages are a plusRequirements
