Senior Concept Artist

A company is looking for a Senior Outsourcing Concept Artist specializing in Character Design.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling pitches and rough concepts for cosmetics and campaigns

Provide feedback and guidance to other artists and outsourcing teams

Develop concept designs in collaboration with Art, Narrative, and Design departments

Required Qualifications

Experience working with external vendors and providing feedback

Background in designing main characters, props, and environments for games

Experience with live-ops games featuring high-volume content

Strong understanding of anatomy, creature, and character design

Illustration skills with knowledge of composition, color theory, and silhouette
