Pay begins at $17.50 per hour while in training on first shift then will proceed to 2nd shift after training with an additional .75 premium added.

Duties

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding stamping presses and flexo presses.
• Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburring excess material on products
• Use sanders
• Paint raw product to consumer liking
• Make sure product is to quality specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output.
• Repetitive use of hands and lifting
• Will be working with chemicals
• Package and prepare product for shipment
